At Soul Roots Apothecary, each product is carefully handcrafted in small batches with intention and care. Due to the nature of our herbal and body products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Your order arrives damaged in transit
• Items are missing from your package
• Tracking shows delivered, but the package was never received (must be reported within 3 days of delivery)

• Your order number
• Photos of any damage (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue

We review each request individually and will work with you to make it right when possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via USPS / UPS (you can list one or both).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Tracking information is provided for every order.

Address Verification

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

My journey into herbal wellness began as a personal search for balance, healing, and reconnection — to my body, my roots, and the wisdom of the earth. What started as learning how to care for myself naturally grew into a passion for helping others do the same.

As the founder of Soul Roots Apothecary, I blend plant knowledge, intentional living, and holistic practices to create remedies that support the body, calm the mind, and nurture the spirit. My approach to herbal care is rooted in both education and ancestral wisdom, honoring the traditions that remind us healing is not separate from nature — it begins within it.

I am a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, and my work is guided by a deep respect for community, empowerment, and accessible wellness. Whether through herbal blends, consultations, or education, my goal is to help others reconnect with their natural rhythms and feel supported in their healing journey.
